I’ve been questioned about the reasons why I love SG so much, but I never actually gave any fair answers to those who ask. Actually I don’t have any certain reason in mind, so I’ll try to elaborate with this pseudo serial blogging thingy. This is the probable reason why I love SG so much, part 1.
I just got back from Yogyakarta tonight. It took 10 hours and I found “Been It” by The Cardigans (click to watch the video) in my iPod. It’s been a while since I listened to this song so I repeated over and over, then I remembered the music video. It was made in 1996 and I was still in Junior High. There’s a fond memory inside me about The Cardigans using SG. And yes, they actually used Gibson SG Junior (both Magnus Sveningsson and Lars-Olof Johansson) and this was mys favorite music video probably because of the guitar they used. And yes their album “First Band On The Moon” is one of my favorite album of all-time, because they used SG, and they coverd Black Sabbath’s song in that album, and Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi use SG!
